Нет ни тиража с источником, ни достаточно объявлений. Не придумываем.The Sega VR is an unreleased virtual reality headset developed by Sega in the early 1990s. Planned as an add-on peripheral for the Sega Genesis and only publicly showcased at a number of trade shows and expositions, its release was postponed and later cancelled outright after Sega ran into development issues. At least four in-progress games for the hardware were in development before its cancellation.

NEVER RELEASED. Announced by Sega of America in 1991, shown at the January 1993 CES in Chicago close to a finished state, slated for late 1993 then early 1994, and cancelled before launch. Sega's stated reason was that the VR effect was judged 'too realistic' (risk of injury while moving blind); Tom Kalinske separately cited reports of motion sickness and headaches. At least four launch games were in development (Nuclear Rush, Iron Hammer, Matrix Runner, Outlaw Racing) plus a planned Virtua Racing port; none shipped with VR support. Catalogued for completeness per the project brief even though it was never a real product.
