Zilog Z80 @ 1.789 MHz, 4 KB RAM (up to 64 KB via expansion port), 8 KB ROM, 160x102/320x204 4/8-colour graphics, 3-oscillator sound with hardware vibrato. Cartridges ('Videocades') sized like cassette tapes; two built-in games (Gunfight, Checkmate) plus Calculator and Scribbling. Also sold, at different points in its life, as 'Bally Home Library Computer' (1977 mail-order name), 'Bally Professional Arcade' (1978 retail name) and 'Bally Computer System' (1981 Astrovision re-release name) before settling on 'Astrocade' in 1982 - same hardware throughout.
