The Intellivision (short for intelligent television) is a home console from Mattel Electronics released in 1979, with test sales in June 1979 and a nationwide launch in mid-1980. It stood out with more realistic sports and strategy games. The section also holds early Mattel handhelds: Auto Race of 1976 was the first handheld electronic game to use only solid-state electronics.

The catalog lists the Intellivision II (1983), the INTV System III / Super Pro System (1985), the Sears Super Video Arcade and regional versions: the Bandai Intellivision for Japan, Radio Shack's Tandyvision One with wood-grain trim, the GTE Sylvania and the Brazilian Digiplay. Accessories include the Intellivoice, the Entertainment Computer System with its music keyboard, the System Changer for Atari 2600 cartridges and the Keyboard Component, which was cancelled in August 1982.
