The game runs in a DOS emulator: keyboard and mouse work like on an old PC, each game has its own layout (see the hints in the game). There are no on-screen buttons on a phone.

First click the game screen once: after that the keys go to the game, not the page. To scroll the page again, click outside the game window. If the game does not respond, click the game screen again.

The game runs from the Internet Archive site in their emulator; there are no game files on our servers. We show it so you can get to know it; the rights to the game belong to the rights holders. The built-in player has no volume control: if there is no sound or you need to adjust it, open the game page on Internet Archive, which has sound and full-screen buttons. Description

An interesting, but at the same time practically unknown in the West Korean beat-em'up, dedicated to the battles of giant robots among themselves. The game is mostly in Korean (although the menus and a number of interface labels are in English); The background, apparently, is told in the introductory video, but a person who does not speak the language will not be able to understand anything there. However, the plot in such a game cannot be a very important component. Before the start of the game, you can choose a hero - one of two different robots. The most interesting thing about Mechanic War is that a significant part of the battles between robots (especially at the beginning of the game) take place under physical contact, meaning they fight with various types of melee weapons of enormous size. There are basic weapons (for example, a small drill), and there are those that can be picked up from defeated opponents and "put on" to the mechanical arms of the robot (while other non-basic weapons that are already there will have to be removed). Weapons of this kind include clubs, huge drills, swords-likeness, and so on. After some time, enemies with ranged weapons will appear, including not only anthropomorphic robots, but also tanks. After the destruction of the latter, the caterpillar base of the tank does not explode, and our robot can climb on it and become one with it, which is very good (especially considering that some tanks in the game are equipped with a powerful laser beam [which for some reason is not emitted from its turret, which we are just destroying]). Side view in the game, but with the ability to move "into the depth" of the screen. Each location usually consists of a single screen, but with scrolling. The pace of the game is comparatively slow for the subgenre. Separately, I would like to note the wonderful graphics, and first of all, the image quality not even of the backgrounds, but of the robots, which look simply incomparable; The game also has very beautiful explosion effects. Mechanic War is a wonderful example of a really interesting "oriental" game that deserves much more popularity and fame in the world than it received due to its "isolation", but now there is nothing to prevent players around the world from enjoying it to the fullest.
