Details from sources

Blue swirl logo instead of orange, because a European company used a similar logo (ja.wikipedia citing a Sega quiz page). 33.6 kbit/s modem per en.wikipedia (Sega column says overseas units got 56k - conflict). RF adapter HKT-8830 is the European model. Broadband Adapter and 4X Memory Card were not released in Europe (en.wikipedia).
