Cost-reduced model: no carry handle, no pen stand, no cartridge-lock at power-on; power switch moved to the side; yellow, red and navy. HPC-0007 sold as 'Pico Plus' with the 'O-tameshi Oekaki Soft' trial cartridge (drawn from 1996's Yukai na Mori no Packet); HPC-0008 has a moulded logo instead of a sticker. HPC-0004 to -0006 were not issued (ja.wikipedia). Date conflict: ja.wikipedia 'around 1997'; Sega Retro models page says HPC-0007 appeared in 1993, its consoles page '>=1997'. Sega Retro says HPC-0008 was based on the Majesco MK-49325.
