Internal redesign: CD subsystem (SH-1, gate array, DRAM) merged onto the main board; fewer side/bottom vents; single power LED and single access LED; controller ports changed from gold-plated to silver (ja.wikipedia). Sega's official spec sheet is for HST-3210 (AC 100 V, about 15 W, 260 x 230 x 83 mm). Sold in the 'one million campaign box' with Virtua Fighter Remix in June 1995 (see variants). Cash-back of JPY 5,000 for two months from November 1995 (ja.wikipedia).
