Different colours, LED panel shape and boot logo; sold mainly through electrical retailers (ja.wikipedia). Working name 'Victor Saturn'; advertised with Miho Kanno. Pack-in pad RG-CP5. pt.wikipedia: grey body, blue/grey oval buttons, V-Saturn logo on top. Timeline currently has JP 1995-04-01 - that is the Hi-Saturn date; Sega official gives 1994-11-22.
