Sold under different local names in different countries with the same hardware (e.g. 'V.Smile Console TV Educative' in France, 'V.Smile Aprendizaje Interactivo Por TV' in Spain) - see en.wikipedia's country table, not separately modelled as variants since the hardware is identical.
