Description

Eat better and feel better - in every situation! That is the aim of “The Health Coach”. The life coach expands the combination of personalized menu suggestions and effective tips for healthy eating with lots of exercise! More than 250 sporting exercises - realistically demonstrated by a real personal trainer through motion capture - keep the user fit and ensure movement in front of the console. Of course there is also delicious and healthy food! Over 200 recipes not only fill you up, but above all make you slim. With a daily planner and food database, everyone can really get their nutrition under control. In any case, the necessary theoretical knowledge is taken care of, because 35 seminars with optional quizzes increase the player's “nutritional IQ”!
