Tectoy licensed product (manufactured and sold by Tectoy in Brazil under licence from Sega). Console on a chip, no cartridge slot, 132 built-in games (Master System titles plus Tectoy mobile-style games), two custom 6-button pads with working Start (pause). Black version 2009-08, blue version with embossed Sonic art 2011-08 (Tectoy press releases via Sega Retro; pt.wikipedia/INFO Abril give 2011 and R$ 199). Still sold in 2022 (ja.wikipedia).
