Why
There’s no units produced with a source and not enough listings. We don’t make things up.
The first half of the game takes place in the winter of AW 1274, about 10 years before the events of Phantasy Star II. The second half takes place 8 years onward. Rolf (Yūshisu or Eusis) is a government agent working out of the town of Paseo on Motavia, and the main character of Phantasy Star II.

This text adventure describes Rolf's childhood as a young and talented, but conceited sword prodigy, detailing his rescue of a childhood friend, eventually leading up to his induction as an agent in duty of the government.
