Japan-only step between the SCPH-30000 and SCPH-39000 generations: first PS2 with a translucent shell colour (both colours are semi-transparent), revised heatsink. Ships with a vertical stand and remote control included. "L" and "B" here function as the model's colour suffixes rather than separate hardware SKUs, so the two colourways are catalogued together as one model entry (see also variants.json for the Ocean Blue / Zen Black colour records).
