Pokémon Picross

Pokémon Picross is a 2015 freemium puzzle video game featuring Pokémon characters developed by Jupiter Corporation and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo 3DS. The title is part of the Picross video game series, in which players solve a series of nonogram puzzles, using numbers on a grid to carve out pictures of Pokémon species. Originally planned as a 2000 release for the Game Boy Color, the game was cancelled for unknown reasons. 15 years later, Pokémon Picross was revived and announced during a Nintendo Direct presentation. The game would soon after be released as a downloadable title on the Nintendo 3DS eShop worldwide in December 2015.
