NWR (2003-07-09): available only from pokemoncenter.com and the Pokemon Center NY store, shipping July 28 (2003). Bulbapedia lists the Torchic SP as Pokemon Center New York only; ja.wikipedia lists it as a Japanese Pokemon Center model (2003-04-25). Possibly the same hardware as the JP unit.
