The four levels mix a side-scrolling platform stage, a top-view scrolling shooting stage and a fixed-screen action stage, and the game has a 100-screen map. The player attacks by throwing knives, and the title screen offers 16 difficulty settings. The game was first planned as a port of the ZX Spectrum game Stop the Express, to which three levels were added.
